Ingredients
Batter
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tap paprika/red chili powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Steps
- Grab an onion and cut horizontally
- Separate the rings
- Combine all the batter ingredients with cold water. Make sure the batter is not too watery
- Dip the onions rings in the batter and panko bread crumbs
- Deep fry them until golden brown and crispy
