Ingredients
- 3tbsp rice flour
- 1tsp cornflour
- 1tsp mustard
Marinade
500gm Chicken
1bsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1.5 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4tsp turmeric
1/2tsp cumin powder
2 curry leaves chopped
3tbsp curd
1tsp salt
1tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp red food color (Optional)
Steps
- Add in 3 tbsp rice flour, 1tsp cornflour 1tsp mustard, oil (optional) Set aside for 2-3 hours
- Deep Fry the chicken.
- In a pan add 1tbsp coconut oil, 4-5 curry leaves, 2 green chili, 4 garlic cloves chopped. Saute till garlic starts to change color.
- Turn off your stove and add in the chicken
- Garnish them with some sliced lemon and onion
